1370617 Did you know Moon Valley Nursery now has a Tree Removal and Trimming division?

Staffed with ISA Certified Arborists and Nursery Professionals, this new division can now provide our customers with great services for everything in their yard. Keeping your trees and plants trimmed, pruned and fertilized is vital to the long term life of everything in your landscape.

One of the most important things to do this time of year is fertilizing with Super Charged Moon Juice and Moon Dust. Our fertilizers and supplements were created in-house by nursery professionals and are currently used at all of our farms and nurseries.

Another option is to have one of our ISA Certified Arborists out to your home and inject the fertilizer directly into the soil around the trees in your landscape. This process is called soil injection (sometimes referred to as Deep Root Feeding) and is one of the preferred methods of fertilizer delivery by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).

How Moon Valley prescription soil injections can benefit your trees:

Part of any tree health care program is providing much needed nutrients to help your trees thrive.

Soil Injections are liquid or water-soluble fertilizers delivered at high pressure to the roots of the tree at 4” to 6” below ground.

Besides the benefits of the fertilizer, the mechanical process helps reduce surface compaction and salt buildup, increases pore space and also aids in water absorption.

If you have any questions on proper fertilization techniques or what you should be using in your yard make sure to stop in and speak with a certified nursery expert.
