# **Your Property is an Opportunity for Success**

For many homeowners in Las Vegas, knowing how to landscape our property can feel a bit overwhelming. We live in the desert, so our challenge is getting the right plants to grow in our hot, dry climate, and do it without too much water use. We recommend looking at neighborhoods and taking photos of the yards you love. Bringing in pictures from websites, magazines, and books to show to the designer is also a great idea. Having photos can help your designer know which styles, plants, and colors you love.

- How big or small is your budget?
- Do you have any favorite colors?
