Big Tex Tree Nurseries announces the acquisition of highly regarded and respected Glen Flora Farms, a leading grower of container-grown trees in the Southern United States for more than 35 years.Located just an hour drive Southwest of Houston on a 200-acre farm, Glen Flora Farms, established in 1980 by the Wilkins Family, has been growing top quality specimens and Texas favorites such as Cathedral Oak, Chinese Elm, Cypress, Red Oak, Live Oak Japanese Maple, Chinese Pistache, and Magnolia. This farm includes incredible specimens of trees up to 84-inch box size trees and it offers more than 70 varieties of trees. Residential or commercial jobs, homeowners, and contractors are all welcome to visit and for your convenience, a landing pad is available for those who wish to fly in. In addition. these amazing trees will be available to all customers at Big Tex Tree Nurseries locations in Sugar Land (9755 S Highway 6), Spring (19333 I-45s), Katy (10910 Katy Freeway), and Conroe (6540 Highway 105).

Since the beginning, Moon Valley Nursery has offered its “you buy it, we plant it” tree deals, where the nursery staff performed everything from design thru installation. In 2007, Blake opened up the first Big Tex Tree Nurseries in Houston.
