THE MOON VALLEY PEACH PARADISE BELLINI
This tropical treat features some fresh peaches grown from our premium specimen peach trees. Take two peaches and blend them into a smooth puree, then let them chill for 1 hour. After chilled, add a pinch of sugar to your peach puree and your choice of champagne or sparkling wine. Finally, mix slowly to maintain the carbonation. All that’s left is sit back and enjoy!
Ingredients:

- 4 oz of Champagne or Sparkling Wine
- A Pinch of Sugar
MOON VALLEY SPIKED HIBISCUS TEA
For a drink recipe that’s sure to impress, try out our unique spiked tea! To create a combination of tropical notes and southern charm, use one of our delicious pomegranates and several large hibiscus flowers. Start by allowing the blooms to infuse with tea overnight to create hibiscus tea. Juice your Pomegranate and combine with a cinnamon whiskey of your choice and the infused hibiscus tea. Serve over ice and enjoy!

- 8 oz Black Tea
- 1 oz Cinnamon Whisky
THE MOON VALLEY APPLETINI CRISP
This delightful fresh fruit cocktail recipe utilizes several crisp apples from our trees to get its distinctive flavor. Start by juicing four apples and chill the juice for 1 hour. Once chilled, combine the juice in a shaker with apple schnapps and vodka. Shake well and garnish with an apple slice. You can jazz it up further with a splash of cranberry juice!
