"Hi, I am Steve Hall with Moon Valley Nursery. This is the Monterrey Oak also known as the “Mexican White Oak” increasingly becoming our most popular tree in Texas right now to plant. People love them because they’re very fast growing, they have dark green foliage and they virtually keep their leaves year-round. They’ve got the nice broad canopy to it. These are all container grown Monterrey White Oaks so they’re going to take transplant a whole lot better and they’re going to last for a long time. It’s one of our most popular trees.
